The house was exactly as expected. Clean and easy to access. The company was very attentive and let us know of winter weather and were available if we needed anything at all. I rented this as a surprise for my gf to have her friends there to propose and it couldn't have went any better. Absolutely would recommend!!

10 min drive from the California lot. This house was well stocked, had lots of cooking supplies, great backyard for the dog, and good beds. The garage had lots of toys for adults (snowshoes & bikes), and we loved hiking the dog on the trail behind the neighborhood every day after a full day of skiing.

The property itself was as advertised, beautiful, clean excellent location with regards to proximity to casinos restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We chose the location due to the availability of casinos to celebrate Super Bowl since Las Vegas was out of the question this year. A couple of small minor issues with the property however, when I reached out to the property manager response was quick and courteous and professional .Would recommend this property to other travelers, and would be willing to stay here again.

We had a great ski trip. The home was spacious and comfy.Great location close to skiing, restaurants and the casinos.The pool table and the hot tub was a plus. We will definitely book again.

Great stay overall! Awesome location that was about 10 minutes away from Heavenly. Short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Lots of things to cook and nice kitchen. The place was very clean and everything was organized. Would recommend!

We planned a Christmas vacation for our family of 6 which included our infant granddaughter. Our son in law and daughter out stationed in Fallon NV for the next three years so we hope to return to this comfortable home in the future. It was so nice to enter the home and see the beautiful Christmas tree and Decor throughout the home ! They even had lights on the outside of home ! The home was so clean and comfortable! Plenty of room for our family and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed ( even Christmas cookie cutters!!) The hot tub felt great after hiking and skiing ! We took walks in the beautiful neighborhood and enjoyed just relaxing in the home . I would recommend this home without a doubt and hope to return with our family !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean home. It’s located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive to the lake, restaurants, shopping etc. All of the furniture is very comfortable for relaxing. We enjoyed the pool table and foos ball table. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it looks really nice and a good size. We would definitely like to come back for a stay in the future.

This place was absolutely amazing for her 10 day vacation. It comes. With every amenity you could possibly want or need. The home was spacious and our family of 8 definitely didn’t feel like we were living on top of each other. The pool table was a huge hit with our teenagers. I was concerned about location at first due to the fact that my family and I always stay closer to the action of Stateline and Lake Tahoe Blvd but i was pleasantly surprised at how close we were yet still had the privacy and comfort of being a little secluded from all the noise and traffic of those areas. The backyard was great for our Golden Retriever as well. Plenty of space to run and explore. We were even able to communicate in real time with RNR through text messaging. They answered every question I had during our stay and even messaged me prior to our arrival letting me know the house was available a day early and would offer a 50% discount on the rate for that night if we chose to take it vantage of it. Needless to say, we were very sad to leave. This was the best housing experience we’ve had over all of our Tahoe summer vacations. We are already looking into booking his house again for next summer. It was such a great experience all around.

Beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed lunch around the comfortable dining area on the patio, enjoyed relaxing in the wonderful hot tub and took several walks around the friendly neighborhood. Spacious rental with room for kids and parents to find their own space. Pool table and foosball were great to have in the house, and the hot tub was a must after a long day of skiing. Kitchen had everything you need. Room in the garage for 2 cars and tall enough for cargo boxes. Can’t say much about the rest of the house because it was buried in 8 ft of snow!

This VRBO is something quite special. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood just 5-10 minutes from Heavenly resort's CA side parking, and only a little bit more, maybe 15 minutes or so to the NV side parking. Really easy to get to things like Whole Foods, restaurants, shopping, Raley's, etc. It's so nice to come back to your own place after a day of riding/skiing. The hot tub was great, the pool table was perfect, and there was even foosball! The cleanliness of the whole place was something that immediately stood out to my wife and I. We really appreciated it being so clean and orderly when we arrived. Altogether a great stay at a great price. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family alike.

Excellent vacation and lodging in the house

This house provides a great vacation headquarters for our family, which includes three teenagers. The downstairs has a number of great hangout areas, the kitchen is large and versatile, and the bedrooms are functional and can sleep up to 8, with a king, two queens and a bunk bed

This was a really great experience. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. It would have been helpful if the modem and router had been labeled in case you had to reboot to get an internet connection. Overall, however, it was a great experience.

Beautiful home with everything a vacationer could want or need plus close to shopping and restaurants. We couldn't find any kitchen garbage bags and I called the wrong phone number for help. The house and kitchen is well furnished with everything needed otherwise.The only problem for us was the pool table-we are avid pool players and what we called our games there was obstacle pool. The table is too large for the room and has a couch in it so we were always opening/closing doors, window openings, climbing on the couch and having to use a short cue(provided). We still had a good time but were definitely frustrated. A bar table would fit better in that room. Regardless, it was a fantastic stay

Our stay was the end of August so we appreciated the air conditioning, as well as the pool table and foosball, and the grill and cornhole games (and management provided missing cornhole bags within a 1/2 hour of our calling them, so that was great!). The home was beautiful and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen was stocked with any type of equipment we needed, and a grocery store was close by (we went to Safeway). We did not use the hot tub, and were not permitted (understandably, due to the dry conditions) to use the fire pit, but surely would have enjoyed both! Also wonderful were the checking out requirements, which were easy and very manageable. The location was close to town - we would love to stay here again if back in the area, and highly recommend this gorgeous house!

My family stayed here for a week with our friends. 4 adults, 3 young kids, 1 infant & 2 dogs. We felt the home was really clean, spacious and well equipped. Loved the fenced in backyard for the dogs and kids. Hot tub, pool table, foosball table were great and provided entertainment on our lazy days. Awesome location with nearby hiking trails and quiet neighborhood. We recommend this place.

The home is gorgeous and exactly as described. We took our family of 6 (4 grown children) for a graduation celebration trip. We had plenty of space to sleep, eat and play! LOVED the hot tub, pool table and foosball table for evening entertainment after our days out hiking and the beach!

Stayed at this property this past weekend for my fiancé’s birthday. We had a small group of family and friends, as well as our German Shepard. The house was perfect!! Clean, comfy and spacious; plenty of space for us all. Will definitely look to rent this property in the future when we are out here.

This is a perfect spot in Tahoe. The house is spacious, cozy / well furnished and comes stocked with all the right amenities - extensive kitchen appliances, grill, hot tub, board games (!!). Additionally the WiFi worked great for our group of 4 working during the week. We will definitely be back!

Great house located near Heavenly and Stateline. Three bedrooms upstairs, with two rooms that were a good fit for our teenage kids. Nice master bedroom. Big, open living space downstairs with a nice family room, great kitchen and space for pool and foosball tables.

This rental was the perfect location for our family getaway and definitely plan on returning. It is close enough to everything in Lake Tahoe, yet far enough for privacy and peace. The rental is very spacious, management is very understanding and accommodating.

One of the best companies to rent from, the house was terrific and aesthetically pleasing. They were always available on the phone and helped us so much in planning the trip.

Nice home! Thankfully it had air conditioning! It was a unusual hot week in Tahoe 93. We had air, thank heavens! My parents rented another home. No air! They were very sorry. Would stay again, If I return to Tahoe!

The best time with my family is a beautiful home !!! Exactly like the photos and the more Important super clean.

This home was perfect for our family getaway. When we opened the door we were greeted by soft music, a fresh clean smell and a basket of goodies for our pup. The rooms were spacious, the furniture decorations and kitchen ware a grade above. We really enjoyed the fireplace and made good use of the pool table and hot tub. Sitting out in the backyard under the pines around the fire pit made for some lovely outdoor time and the fenced yard was great for the toddler and dog. We cooked a LOT and found everything we needed from a pancake griddle to a blender for the drinks. The large dinner table sat all 8 of us and was great for family meals and game night. The management was very responsive to our request for more chairs outside I couldn’t speak more highly of our experience here. The neighborhood was lovely and conveniently located. A modest drive to Heavenly village where there was outdoor ice skating, outdoor live Mysic and food shopping and entertainment galore. The photos do not do it justice..

Our extended family of 8 had a weekend getaway and were so impressed! We walked in and were greeted with soothing music and a fresh clean smell, even a little basket of amenities for our dog! The home is beautifully decorated with superior quality furniture. The kitchen was well stocked (again with superior quality fare) and everything we could ask for from the usual toaster, coffee pot, to electric griddle for pancakes, a blender for drinks! There is a closet with games and toys, a baby booster seat etc. We used the pool table and fireplace a LOT! The hot tub and foozeball a little and really enjoyed lounging in the backyard around the fire pit under the pine trees. We used the washer dryer, and really appreciated having a walk in closet! The staff was pleasant and responsive to our request for some extra outdoor chairs and readily available on the phone when we had questions about the baby gate. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful and the homes nicely spaced. Heavenly village was relatively close by with its outdoor ice rink, live music, shops and delicious eateries. I highly recommend this management company and this home for a lovely mountain getaway.

Absolutely luxurious and very clean, followed CDC guidelines during pandemic. Close to activity and restaurants, fast wifi, fully functional kitchen, laundry, internal heating, very comfortable beds, all linens and some extra, provided. We went with seniors and teens and this was the perfect choice! Modern and cosy! Loved the place and will consider in future too. Thank you!

This house was so special. It was very large - inside and outside. The location was great, not far from town and restaurants and groceries. The house was spotless and well maintained. The property managers did a great job when I requested a vacuum as they had it delivered quickly. I would highly recommend this house to a family who loves to feel at home while on vacation!

Pictures to this home, definitely do not give this home justice. It’s much bigger and beautiful in person. The completely fenced backyard, allowed our puppies to run free in the backyard. The fire pit and hot tub made this home a dream.

We loved everything about this home. Spacious, countertops, bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and water pressure was awesome, pool table/pinball/foosball kept us busy with fun entertainment, firepit is amazing for early evening conversations, BBQ was awesome, Backyard is perfect for our little dog, the decor is American and Native American with great art work, house has everything you need and then some, we wanted to add 2 more nights!!! We will definitely seek to stay here again. Perfect for our family and dog.

Worth getting again. This was the first time we stayed here and will definitely not be the last! Spacious and clean cabin home the entire family enjoyed every detail. Kitchen has everything, backyard is a total forest patio backyard experience with Pine Trees, Manzanita, Fire Pit, BBQ, Spa for 6, Corn Hole, covered Patio Tables and very comfortable. Peaceful Tahoe Forrest Home. This home even gave us ideas on ow to improve the quality of living at our own home. We enjoyed the Pool Table, Foosball and Pinball Machine. Very Quiet neighborhood and the Hiking trail nearby and around the corner makes you feel like you are in Bear Country in the Back Woods. Our dog was supplied with a food and water bowl, a food mat and potty bags. Our dog was at home quicker than we were. This would definitely be my first recommendation for a Lake Tahoe experience. Loved the counter tops, spacious tables and comfy chairs. The classic American décor also gave us an awesome experience as we enjoyed all the art work and decorations. This place is amazing, and by far exceeded our expectations staying at RnR vacation rentals space! It was a great distance from all the main attractions, the house was extremely clean, and the pool table and hot tub was a hit. You couldn’t beat the lay out of the house, it was perfectly set up for socializing - yet you never felt like you didn’t have enough space. This place was the perfect weekend getaway for two families. Hot tub, pool table, and foosball for adults and sleds and kids toys for the kiddos. This had a huge table and big open area for our kids to run around. It is 10 minutes to Heavenly and town. We would definitely go back again!

The home is everything you would want for a stay in South Lake Tahoe. I appreciated the a/c, the fully stocked kitchen, an ice maker that worked beautifully, the lovely location, the cable and dvr for entertainment, the comfortable beds, a bathroom by the kitchen in the laundry room, the incredible fenced-in yard for our dogs, and so many other little amenities we found throughout the house.

We rented this beautiful home for our family of 6 for 4 days in order to celebrate our 50th anniversary in Lake Tahoe. The house was beautiful, spacious and immaculate! It definitely added to our great experience while on vacation!

Fantastic home. It felt like a home instead of a rental unit. It has character and charm. It is very spacious and perfect for groups up to 8. It is about a 15 minute drive to Heavenly. This place is very family friendly and is in a quiet neighborhood. There are lots of rules and quiet hours, so if you are looking for a place to party this is not it. This is a place to relax and spend quitting time with family or a close group of friends. There was an issue with the oven but RnR was quick to respond to it. Overall excellent property and excellent service.

Each bedroom had a TV, all updated kitchen appliances, and I even had a usb charger next to my bed so I could recharge my iPhone, fitbit, and laptop all at once. Loved that the yard was completely enclosed by a fence. Quiet area and the house just felt comfy and cozy

Spacious and beautifully set out lodge with lots of personal touches, in a great location in a quiet area. Well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable lounge made this a wonderful base for our family ski trip to Heavenly. Hot tub was also greatly appreciated after a day on the slopes. We would certainly strongly recommend this house and would love to return in the future.

My husband and I took our 3 kids, both of my parents, our 10 month grandson & our 2 small dogs on a family getaway to Tahoe & we stayed at the Heavenly Adventure home. My husband & I both work in hospitals & I have germ OCD & always very skeptical of staying in hotels, other homes or anywhere outside of our home due to germs & uncleanliness. We were extremely pleased by the cleanliness this house was. Im one who look in corners of beds for bugs & under things for filth. This house was immaculate & I would definitely bring my family back here again. The house also had everything you needed & more. From kitchen necessities/seasonings, games for the family & it was safe for our grandson to play. The floor plan is perfect for a large family.

It was great to stay after the rush of normal summer and experience the "locals summer". We had hail, rain, wind and incredible comfortable temps at the beach and on trails. This id our 6th trip to this winderful home and it was lovely.

Can't say enough about this beautiful home. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely consider staying again in the future. Every detail in the home is impeccable. It has every luxury you could want in a vacation home perfect for a family with kids. The only inconvenience was the main burner on the stove did not work properly which made cooking a challenge and requiring guests pay additional fee for propane to use the fire pit.

Our family had a wonderful time @ Talbot Place. Accommodations were fantastic! Home was clean & very welcoming. Only issue we had was the floor fans didn't work in the room except for the master. The nights were cool so we didn't feel it was necessary to contact management. We look forward to another stay.

Great property. Did not feel like a vacation rental. Nice linens and furniture to make you feel at home or at a hotel. Great pride in ownership.

We only rent from RnR in South Lake Tahoe. This home is incredible. Gormet kitchen that has everything you need and well organized. They judt upgraded all the main level with hardwood and the area rugs make for a very clean and comfortable space. The entertainment centers all work and the cable and surround sound are great for movies. As far as outstanding de, the snow was at least 6 feet high around the home and yard. They clear the spa drvk and a path to BBQ. We had a great time and will come back to this home for a third time in summer.

We only rent from RnR in South Lake Tahoe. This home is incredible. Gormet kitchen that has everything you need and well organized. They judt upgraded all the main level with hardwood and the area rugs make for a very clean and comfortable space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this was more than stocked with every utensil you would need. The location is close to Heavenly and the open kitchen family room layout worked perfect for us.Thanks for sharing your awesome home.

My friends and i very much enjoyed our time in Tahoe and were extremely comfortable and feeling very welcomed from the moment we entered the house.

This was one of the most well-equipped vacation rentals I have stayed in. The owners seemed to have thought of everything for our enjoyment. It was like staying in a good friend's house who has very good decorating skills. Everything in the house was good quality and in great condition. The beds were very comfortable. The location was a quiet neighborhood of well kept houses, but close to everything we wanted to do. Uber was a great option for going to enjoy the nightlife around the casinos.

The cabin was just as beautiful as the pictures indicate it is. It was a perfect cabin for 3 couples and a toddler. The home was clean and well maintained. Our entire group said it was the best cabin we have ever rented. The guys enjoyed the pool table and the kitchen was designed where there could be many working on dinner without getting in each others way. I was a little apprehensive about renting a cabin with no reviews but I'm so glad we did. The reservation process was easy and check in and out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. I would recommend this cabin and I'm looking forward to returning next time we want to go to Tahoe.

The house was very well maintained, as was the yard. The house was well stocked with everything you'd expect, plus many little thoughtful extras which were great to have available. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but only a few minutes from town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
